Privacy Policy for Happy Herd

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Happy Apps ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Happy Herd ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this policy.

Summary

Happy Herd does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information such as your name, email, or contacts. Your game progress is stored only on your device. The App shows ads and offers optional in-app purchases through third parties (Google AdMob and Apple), and those services may collect limited device information as described below. The App does not track you and does not ask for permission to track.

Information we store on your device

Your level, coins, cosmetics, settings, and similar progress are saved locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not collect or transmit this information to our servers (we do not operate any game servers). Deleting the App, or using "Reset progress" in Settings, removes this data from your device.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process limited information such as your IP address, general device information, and ad-interaction data. The App does not use the App Tracking Transparency framework and does not request permission to track you. We do not use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to track you across other companies' apps and websites, and ads are served on a non-personalized basis.

You can learn how Google uses this data here: Google Privacy & Terms.

In-app purchases (Apple)

The App offers optional in-app purchases (coin packs and a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase). Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple's handling of your information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's privacy

Happy Herd is a family-friendly game and may appeal to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is intended for a general audience. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will address it.
